Statement of Purpose: We are a patriotic society that exists to provide an enriching educational and social outlet for South Carolinians. We celebrate her values, her history, and her culture.

Today; Most South Carolina public schools no longer teach "South Carolina" history courses as a separate class. We seek to provide an environment that will enrich the classroom experience.

Our Mission: Southern Studies is something the US educational system has been very active in for over one hundred and forty years. Never once taking their eyes off the Southland they have been committing Historical, Heritage, Cultural and Genocidal annihilation on every thing Southern by design.  Don't you think that is long enough?

Southern Studies is the only way to preserve our way of life. You will find among these pages the truth about the Southland and its people in the past, present and future.

"Contemplate the mangled bodies of your countrymen, and then say, 'What should be the reward of such sacrifices?' ... If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animating contest of freedom, go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen!" --Samuel Adams

"And you will, by the dignity of your Conduct, afford occasion for Posterity to say, when speaking of the glorious example you have exhibited to Mankind, had this day been wanting, the World had never seen the last stage of perfection to which human nature is capable of attaining."--George Washington
